They helped spread the dirt and paint the walls, and now they are ready to relax, which works well because living in the home they created is where they want to be.

"We don't even take vacations," Theresa says. "It's like being on vacation."

For as hard as they work, the two know how to party.

And their house, complete with full bar and game room, a garage of boats and jet skis and an entertainment system that could rival that of a concert venue, is a place for fun.

This past year, their first year in the house, they hosted four holiday parties.

"After Christmas we were like thank God Christmas is over," Doug says. "It's a good entertainment house. That's what it's made for."

Both Doug and Theresa say they still have a lot to do, but for the most part, they say they've fulfilled their vision.

"We've got lots of space to run around and play," Doug says.

"We wanted it to be comfortable," Theresa adds. "And very inviting."
