Recipe: Sour Cream & Chive Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes
4 ounces sour cream
1/2 stick butter
1 ounce fresh chives (or 1/2 a bunch)
1/4 cup heavy cream
Salt and pepperDirections
1. Boil potatoes in water till they're tender (when you can stick a fork in and it comes right out).
2. Drain and let the steam evaporate off.
3. Quarter potatoes with the skin still on and mash.
4. Mix in the ingredients.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
