On the Border
Lots of innovative margaritas on the menu, especially the OTB Meltdown (topped with Midori, Chambord, Cointreau, Grand Marnier or tequila) and the Swirls, layered with either Sangria, strawberry, raspberry or peach. Other styles are Gold rocks, various fruit margaritas, the Borderita Grande (made with Sauza Conmemorativo and orange Cognac) and the Mercedes Grande (made with 1800 Represado and Grand Marnier).

Mango, orange and traditional lime are features of this month (Rosa goes to the market and gets fruit and limes to squeeze into her margaritas). Other fanciful flavors to look out for are cantaloupe, pineapple or strawberry.

Sabroso Mexican Grille
Get fresh-squeezed lime juice and home-blended triple sec here. Try their invention the Sabroso Swirl, which is a frozen margarita swirled with wild berry, mango or passion fruit. Another big seller is the Mercedes - it comes giant-sized with Cointreau, Cuervo gold and orange juice. Low-carb them with Splenda instead of triple sec. Also available frozen or on the rocks: lime, strawberry and peach.
